Where is Hythe Spa located?
Hythe Spa is a private outdoor micro spa retreat located in Hythe, Kent. Full address details are provided after booking.
Where do we park?
Please park by the hedge outside the property. Walk up the hill and enter through the gate marked “The Hideout”. The spa is located up the path on the left hand side.
What is included in our booking?
Your private session includes exclusive use of:
• Hot tub
• Sauna
• Cold shower
• Sun loungers
• Towels
• Robes
• Slippers
Everything is prepared for your arrival.
How many people can attend?
Bookings are for two guests. We may accommodate a third guest by prior agreement only.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are booked in hourly time slots. Please arrive and depart promptly to respect the next guest’s booking.
What should we bring?
Please bring swimwear. Everything else is provided.
Are robes and towels included?
Yes. Robes, slippers and towels will be placed on the sun loungers or inside the cupboard in a sealed bag during wet weather.
Please return all used items to the wash basket before leaving.
Do we need to shower first?
Yes. Please shower before entering the hot tub or sauna.
Is there a toilet?
Yes. There is an outdoor toilet located through the gate opposite, down the steps along the path. You will see a toilet door sign.
What are the hot tub safety rules?
• Shower before entering
• No glass in or around the hot tub
• Do not exceed 15–20 minutes at a time
• Stay hydrated
• Do not use if pregnant or under medical restriction
• Children are not permitted
What are the sauna safety rules?
• Shower before entering
• Remove jewellery
• Limit sessions to 10–15 minutes
• Exit immediately if feeling unwell
• Do not pour water unless instructed
• No glass inside the sauna
What if we feel unwell?
Please leave the sauna or hot tub immediately and cool down. If you have underlying medical conditions, please consult your GP before booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your booking. Late cancellations may be non refundable.
Is Hythe Spa private?
Yes. Each booking has exclusive use of the spa area during their session.
How do we leave a review?
We would love your feedback. You will receive a Fresha email after your visit, or you can leave a review directly via our booking link.
